What is included in $25 service?

Our $25 service is a riding lawn mowing service which covers mowing your entire yard  (front, back & side) with edging along the driveway and sidewalk paths. We blow off excess debris off grass and hardscape. The property must be free of vehicles on the lawn,debris, toys, outdoor furniture, so that the technician can provide a safe,efficient service. This service applies to customers residing in eligible subdivisions 0.50 acre or less. We reserve the right to refuse service if our customer routinely leave items that will impact complete service or cause damage to equipment and/or property.  There is no contract requirement for the service.

How do I join the service?

Our $25 service is a riding lawn mowing service which covers mowing your entire yard  (front, back & side) with edging along the driveway and sidewalk paths. We blow off excess debris off grass and hardscape. The home must be free of debris, toys, furniture, so that the technician can provide a safe,efficient service. This service applies to customers residing in eligible subdivisions 0.50 acre or less.In order to set up an appointment, we need to collect payment 72 hours before service if booking through the website. You can process payment through our website at affclawncare.com and choose the booking link. Select Book Appointment and choose the amount of payments you wish to make. This will determine the number of service dates we will send to you.  Existing customers can also log into their client portal to add payment information which we can auto draft before each service. Please contact us at 803 840 1773 if you need this information or which to process your payment with an agent. Appointments can be cancelled 48 hours before service through text, email or by phone.  There is no contract requirement for the service.

What is the procedure for reporting property damage?

It is our goal to provide quality service without incident at a budget friendly price. In the event that your property is damaged during the service, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of the incident. You can text us at 803 310 4355 email us through our contact form or email address  or call us at 803 840 1773. An agent will open a claim and ask for information regarding the damage. (I.E. description of incident, pictures of incident if available). It is our goal to resolve any concerns within 5 days of receiving the requested information. We reserve the right to repair any damage caused by our company within 14 days of notice. If the homeowner completes repairs before the 14 day period has lapsed, we will reimburse the homeowner  for no more than 50% of the estimated cost of service amount
