Customer Service/ Data Entry Specialist

 

Looking for a responsible individual to take incoming calls from new and existing lawn care customers. The successful applicant is expected to manage 50-75 customer interactions via phone, virtual chat, SMS and email. The candidate would work 25-30 hours per work at a rate of $9.00/hr with MONTHLY performance bonuses based on call quality and daily productivity. The work week would be based on the needs of the business but would not require a weekend schedule.  Twenty five hours of paid training will be provided to the successful application.

 

Education

Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.

 

 

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center Preferred.

  • Previous experience supporting customers through phone and email preferred.

  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting experience.

 

 

Skills

  • Solid keyboard skills and experience using CRM software.

  • Ability to type and speak at the same time.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to document troubleshooting reference materials.

  • Strong computer and Internet skills.

  • Strong Customer Service skills.

  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technology.

  • Ability to advise and educate customers in a way they can understand.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, to multi-task, problem solve and to prioritize.

  • Ability to work in either office or home environment successfully.
