Customer Service/ Data Entry Specialist
Looking for a responsible individual to take incoming calls from new and existing lawn care customers. The successful applicant is expected to manage 50-75 customer interactions via phone, virtual chat, SMS and email. The candidate would work 25-30 hours per work at a rate of $9.00/hr with MONTHLY performance bonuses based on call quality and daily productivity. The work week would be based on the needs of the business but would not require a weekend schedule. Twenty five hours of paid training will be provided to the successful application.
Education
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
Experience

1-2 years of experience in a Call Center Preferred.

Previous experience supporting customers through phone and email preferred.

Strong problem solving, troubleshooting experience.
Skills

Solid keyboard skills and experience using CRM software.

Ability to type and speak at the same time.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to document troubleshooting reference materials.

Strong computer and Internet skills.

Strong Customer Service skills.

Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technology.

Ability to advise and educate customers in a way they can understand.
